Process
How the juice is made
1. Early harvest
To avoid excessive sugar concentration.
2. Immediate pressing
The grapes are pressed at the estate.
3. Chilled vats
Cold storage prevents fermentation.
4. Natural settling
The juices are clarified gently.

Pasteurised bottling stabilises the product.
